From the initial plan design to the signing of the opening, it only took more than 2 months, and it was completed during the major epidemic prevention and control period, reflecting the "Jiangyin speed", "Jiangyin spirit" and "Jiangyin efficiency". At present, the development of the domestic IC industry has entered a new stage with product as the center and industry solution as the breakthrough. Microelectronics Research Institute will join hands with Jiangyin and Xinchao Group to promote the technological innovation and industrial development of Jiangyin IC, and jointly create an industrial ecology centered in Jiangyin, radiating the Yangtze River Delta and affecting the whole country.
The unveiling ceremony of Jiangyin IC Design Innovation Center was held in Jiangsu Xinchao Technology Group, and the leaders attended the meeting visited the office area and exhibition hall of the center. Shang Liwei, director of the Industrialization Promotion Center of the Institute of Microelectronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, introduced the relevant situation of the innovation center to the visiting leaders in detail. The projects settled in Jiangyin IC Design Innovation Center rely on the strong technical strength of the Institute of IC Innovation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Jiangyin's superior resources in the field of IC encapsulation and testing, introduce cutting-edge IC science and technology innovation projects and enterprises in the country and even the world, occupy the commanding height of the post-Moore era, and build the core base of basic and forward-looking research in this field in China. Jiangyin IC Design Innovation Center will be planned with reference to the cooperation experience of the Institute of IC Innovation of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the construction content includes three parts: Jiangyin IC R&D Center, Jiangyin IC Design Industrial Park and Jiangyin IC Venture Capital Fund. The center plans to introduce a total of 100 new high-end research personnel related to integrated circuits within 5 years; The total number of newly applied patents, software Copyrights and integrated circuit layouts shall not be less than 100; No less than 50 incubation companies have been introduced; The total income of the enterprises settled in the center is more than 2 billion yuan, and the total tax is more than 100 million yuan.
